PM: Only one run today feeling quite tired after two days of racing so just went out with the guys at Folkestone Running Club for an easy run along side of the channel tunnel site, right along to the goods entrance and back again. Splits-8.53/ 8.40/ 8.55/ 8.08/ 8.06/ 8.11
