Meant to go and do a long run today but right calf still very tight from yesterdays track session. Therefore decided to take day off as got 3000m track race on Wednesday that I want to do well in.

Funny sort of week, Monday started off badly due sore hip, but it eased enough to run hard on Tuesday & Wednesday, good to get first Three Kings run in and then a very pleasing track session on Saturday very happy with splits. Shame stretched calf a little and felt it best to rest it today so I'm ready for next week.
