Long run tonight but as a recovery week only doing 12 miles. However feeling very good even after yesterdays interval session. Weather nice and warm and conducive for a good paced run. Splits- 7.22/ 7.30/7.45/ 6.53/ 7.06/ 7.01/ 7.01/ 7.05/ 7.00/ 6.44/ 6.50/ 7.05.
