PM: Easy run from Folkestone down to Sandgate and back via Saga House and Shorncliffe Road, bright but very breezy especially for first half of run. We had gone out with some other members of FRC so there were about 8 of us. Splits: 8.29/ 8.31/ 8.31/ 9.32/ 8.34.
