easy Recovery run - Hip seems to be worse when I wake up in the morning but then eases during the day. Did easy 6 tonight first three miles on country second three miles on the road as can be sen by the splits: 9.04 / 8.38 / 9.22 / 7.32 / 7.41 / 8.12.
