Interval Session - Julie Rose Stadium
Early start 08.00 so that we could use the Track as it had been booked up later. Starte with 1,5 mile jog to warm up over to Ashford Rugby Club and back. Todays session was [300m hard x 150m walk rec x 250m hard x 100m walk rec] X 5. Cool overcast morning and quite a breeze blowing into your face coming down the home straight.

This was followed by 4 x 150m hard - First 2 very hard, on third felt a twinge at top of left calf so pulled up at about 50m and just strided out last effort.
