Club Interval session on Pologround. Warm up then 1 min x 2 min x 3 min x 4 min x 5 min x 4 min x 3 min x 2 min x 1 min, with 1 min jog recoveries in between each effort.  Following session did warm down jog and then did some dynamic stretches.

Distance: 8 Miles           Time: 00:52:56             Pace: 5.59 m/m
