Went out in afternoon and did same route as Wednesday, again slower first half which was off road, picking up pace more on second half which was more road. Splits:- 8.42 / 7.48 / 8.15 / 801/ 8.34 / 7.17 / 7.04 / 6.26 / 6.26 / 6.19 .
Distance: 10 Miles Time: 01:14:56 Pace: 7.30 m/m
