Session up at club tonight. Just a short interval session to get legs turning over without getting to tired. we did two laps of Pologround warm up before doing 6 x 90 seconds with 1 min stand recovery. Each efforts pace was as follows:- 5.01/5.04/4.56/5.06/5.07/5.07. Then did futher lap of Pologround as cooldown.
