Two weeks until RACE DAY, so starting to wind down and taper from today.  Long run this morning only 16 miles and again another nice bright morning.  Took one gel at about 7.5 miles . Whole run was fairly even paced the average m/m time for each quarter as follows:-

1st Quarter:     7.25 m/m
2nd Quarter:    7.18 m/m
3rd Quarter:    7.20 m/m
4th Quarter:    7.17 m/m

Distance: 16 Miles          Time: 01:57:30   Pace: 7.20 m/m

Weekly Milage: 64 Miles

Roughly a 20% drop in miles from last week.  Recovered quite well from last weeks half marathon, and by cutting back about 20% on this weeks milage I should be looking to do around 52 miles next week.
