Woke up to a nice bright sunny morning and had a few things I wanted to do today so did the run early to get it out of the way. Virtually got up and went out at 07.30 and was finished just before 09.00, running through Lyminge Forest was great with the sunshine streaming through the trees and the bright blue sky, it was one of those days it felt good to be out.
