Wanted to do faster paced run tonight but not flat out as have Kent League Cross Country on Saturday. Therefore decided to do a restrained temp run. Therefore did 2 mile warm up then 4 miles faster running tempo and 4 miles cool down.  Tempo miles were 6.26/6.50/6.30/6.28  Ave 6.34.
