Session at Club.
Warm up 1.5 miles then intervals as follows:-

1 min hard 1 min easy  x
2 min hard 1 min easy  x
3 min hard 1 min easy  x
4 min hard 2 min easy  x
5 min hard 2 min easy  x
4 min hard 2 min easy  x
3 min hard 1 min easy  x
2 min hard 1 min easy x
1 min hard
Followed by couple of laps of cricket field warm down.
